I am starting a new business selling bar-b-que sauce. I am having my receipe manufactured and puttin it in stores. Should I be a sole proprietor or LLC? I don't want my personal assets involved in the business. I looked into LLC and it seems as though I need state and federal tax ID's and employer ID's, I have no employee's, only me.
