Alright, So I was in a live chat today talking with a business worker. Now this worker said 'Charles: Just Host offers a 'no questions asked' money back guarantee with all their plans for any cancellations made within the first 30 days of ordering. Their cancellation policy is very simple - if you cancel your account within 30 days of first signing up they will provide you with a full refund.' and the website says 'Just Host offers a;no questions aske- Anytime money back guarantee with all our hosting plans. Our cancellation policy is very simple - if you cancel your hosting account we will provide you with a refund for the remainder of the term. The refund will exclude any setup fees that were charged when you signed up and any domain registration fees that you paid as we incur a cost for these. But you do get to keep your domain name.' Now, because the worker provided false information too me am I liable too what the worker had said?
Quick Read: Just host only offers a refund on the hosting fees but the worker provided false information stating that I would get a full refund.
