A friend of mine began using a call center for his telecommunications traffic. He was skeptical at first, but he highly recommends it now. I was wondering if anyone here has any input on the use of call centers? Note that I am not referring to outsourcing, but rather personal service. For anyone who is interested, the company that my friend spoke highly of is SCI Live. I looked into them and they have competitive rates and service, it seems.
