Campground Loan needed

Hi, ;m looking for a grant/loan so I can purchase an owner financing campground and also make it part of a Green program.

 

I need 30% down, and the owner will finance the remainder of the balance. Is it possible to get a grant/loan for an owner financing property/business?

 

The property has a lot more potential to expand witch will make it a great investment, it is an option I received from a retired couple who have had the campground for 15 years.

 

I do have a small amount of equity in my home

 

But the big issue is , -m laid off from work and do-t know what I would qualify for if anything at all?

 

Any information that can be provided would be great;

There are many options for your business - unfortunately, grants are not one of them - regardless if you say it is green. There are SBA loans programs that could provide the funding you need - especailly since you are only seeking 30%. There are non-bank lenders as well - many who will require that you have some income - but, depending on how much you are seeking (30% of what amount) there could be other options like Micro Loan and peer-to-peer loans. While these do not provide large amounts of capital by themselves, you might be able to put several together to get what you need.

Today, I noticed alot of my responses were taken off purposely by administaors. I will keep my intergity at all times and never compromise myself. Everything that I've said can be proven and validated. At not time was it meant to offend or scheme anyone out of anything, cause everything I say is the absolute truth, so it's obvious to me the administators don't have the correct information. Perhaps, in there research they came up with nothing, but I'm an avid researcher and found plenty of federal programs. I gave people the truth, and websites where they can find what they needed so they could be the judge. Again, If I offened anyone than I aplogize directly to you. You might also check with your state department of parks and recreation. In my state, they offer a limited number of grants to develop campgrounds and other outdoor recreation amenities for the public.
