USA THOSE REMRDIES REQUIRE A PRACTITIONER TO BE PRESCRIBED, YOU CANNOT JUST
BUY THEM OVER THE COUNTER. I AM NOT A PRACTITIONER. CAN I OPEN A WHOLESALE
BUSINESS AND IMPORT THOSE PRODUCTS WITHOUT BEING A PRACTITIONER ? IF NOT ANY
WAY AROUND TO DO IT ANYWAY ? CAN I OPEN A WHOLESALE BUSINESS AND OPERATE FROM

if you purchase them online you can import them. nobody will say anything.
but if you sell them in the usa or give them to any patients... that is
something else... labeling in the usa is goverened by the fda and europeans
labeling does not comply. i am not familiar with online sales regulations, if
the company selling you the homeopathic remedy is accountable or you as the
buyer. definitely you are not allowed to purchase large quantaties and sell
them in the usa
if you do it in any case... hmm
i think you must be ither desperate or an idiot, i wouldn't want the fda in
my backyard...
and why do you not just buy that stuff in the usa you get homeopathic
manufactur there too
if you get a manufacturur who sells you large quantaties... hmm I guess he
will be accountable too because you obviously are a business coustomer and
not a private coustomer
and if you have to be a practitioner to sell them in the usa, and you
obviously are not, then i would not do it
if you are a pharmaceutical company registered with the fda, why do you not
just produce them there
If your products must be purchased or prescribed by a homeopathic doctor,
they may be regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. You can find
information on their website about the drugs and drug ingredients the FDA
regulates. I would start there first.

Yes. I plan of selling those to professionels.
But can I import them without being a professionel myself ?
I am from Switzerland and over there you can buy those homeopatic remedies
easily over the counter. However in USA you need to have a practitioner to
get them. I have been using those medicines myself and auto-medicate for
years and convinced of their qualities.
I am in contact with the major maker of those products in Switzerland/Germany
and they are interested of importing in USA. They have asked me to
investigate about the importation laws in US.
This brought me the idea to consider importing them myself. I feel motivate
to open a business and besides would be more than happy to find those
products here in USA without having to get oversea to get them.
But again, could I import those products without being a practitioner ?
Technically how to do that ? Importation directly to the practitioner from
Switzerland and I would be the intermediate in what terms ?
