I am about to register a business and it is basically providing services to NGO. However, the business model is taking out a % of revenue we generate from people for the NGO as a service charge. Does this require me to register an NGO or would an LLC be fine? Is there any legalities that I need to keep in mind?

For more information check out the Incorporation Section of Business.gov. A LLC should be fine since you are providing a service to an NGO and your business is not an NGO.
If you have more detail question, I would suggest that you speak with a small business lawyer.
