Hello,
I have a business in Canada and would like to move/expand the business to US,
which will mean having to move there to run it. What are the options for
doing this? The best approach? How easy/difficult is this to do? What is
required?

You must have a registered agent in the state where your business is located,
but it doesn't have to be you. If you prefer to continue living in Canada and
have a business manager in the U.S., you can do that. You would be able to
visit the business several times a year as needed without actually moving.
