canadian owne buisness in uas

I am going to be spending a lot of time in the USA and possible move there eventually, I currently have my own massage therapy clinic in Ontatio, and was hoping there was way i can open a clinic in Cincinnait area, so i can slowly grow my clientelle until i permanently move  WhiI am hoping to manage and work a the canadian and the america clinic  is this possible? it would be a total of 6 days each month at each location, even once i fully immigrate to the USA, I will then travel to canada to mange and work at that location.  I would have two contract workers at the canadian clinic and the USA one would be solely me, possibly me renting space in an office  but it be my own business.Any advice would be great. thanksAli
