Changes to an existing LLC

Our LLC agreement is currently under one name. We would like to add another
name to the agreement. Does anyone know how to do this? And what forms are
needed.

That information should be available on the website of the agency in your
state that registers businesses. In most states the process is quick and
easy.

So the question is maybe how do you add a member... To determine that, you
probably need to consult your LLC operating agreement since that may
(hopefully) describe steps you follow.
BTW, mechanically, you probably only need to tell the state in which you've
formed the LLC that you've added a member. (This is something you may do by
filling out an annual report.)
