After finding the components I need and the manufacturer (Taiwan), what is
the best way to pay for the product and shipping and have peace of mind
knowing they are going to follow through? I have checked out the company and
both factories on thier websites and that all seems to be legitimate. I just
don't feel comfortable sending them a money order.

Some larger banks have international trade offices. They have methods of
making payments and arranging payment for shipping that business owners do
not. This assumes that you are placing a large order and/or ordering on a
regular basis.
