Can anyone help me with information on how to collect a refund from an out of state company.I have a llc in Ct and have retained the service of a company in Ca to help me establish my businesses credit file. After lenghty discussions with them i paid them a down payment of 550.00 towards a fee of 2995.00.After the payment and agreeing to make nine more payments via my credit card,i decided not to use there service. They refuse to return my down payment and have assigned my remaining nine payments to a collection agency.I have no contract with them other than cc authirization for the remaining payments.I've called them a number of times as well as emailed them and have recieved no correspondance.I also called the Ca attorney general, consumer protection ,and the Ftc.Other then going to court, does anyone have an idea as to getting my refund and cancelling this service???
