Not sure exactly what you're asking. Are you looking about specific information about a specific company or are you looking for general information about socially disadvantaged businesses?
You need to be more specific on what it is you're looking for. There's all kinds of information out there for different things in regards to minority and women owned businesses.
Most states allow you to do a search on businesses to find out information. Try the secretary of state's website for your state. Look in the business section. Most states have a search feature to find out business information. Either that or the county clerks website.

The best place that I know of is the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA's) Dynamic Small Business Search, which can be found at the following link:
http://dsbs.sba.gov/dsbs/search/dsp_dsbs.cfm
It is extremely easy to use, free, and there is no registration required. If you are looking for a specific company, scroll down to the bottom and search using the Company Name or Trade Name field.
