Not a lawyers or anything - I think you are asking about a C-Corp. If it is another form - my advice here is not relevent. It is my understanding that when the company is formed - you have to designate a President - only. Make sure the person designated consents. Then, in your board meeting - the board can appoint all other positions. The business itself should get its own EIN - not related to the person filing but to the business (C-Corp). For more information on forming your oranization - search online for your state's Secratary of State's office or similar department. They should have information online that walks you through the entire process based on the form you want to organize under.
