Concerns for E- commerce

My concerns are with E-commerce and how vulnerable it is to 'the government kill switch' . I understand that if it was done it would be done for reasons of national security, but for up to 90 days? This would absolutely kill my business, (no pun intended). Are there any precautions that any of us

can take to insure us from loss? I have a little website craft business that

I earn a living with.

I am not sure I that understand your question. Can you provide some more information about the kill switch that you're referring to?

I wouldn't worry about 'government' killing it.. especially as it comes to crafts. You should worry about the 'search engine' kill switch, which could evaporate your business, but that's it. Don't worry about the rest.

I've never heard of a government kill-switch for shutting down an eCommerce website, but then again the government does a lot of things I'm unaware of. Like the last person said, if you're running an arts and crafts site, I see no reason you would run into trouble.
