If you enter into a contract with a sole proprietor in Texas, and the sole proprietor is doing business under a different name stated on the contract, but not registered in the county in which the business operates, does this make the contract void?
Yes Contract is Void :- Look here few rules :-
Agreements which have unlawful consideration is void.
Agreements made without consideration is void.
An agreement the terms of which are uncertain is void.
Agreement to do impossible acts is void.
