HI, I'm looking for information about how to start a business outside US with
the SBA support. Right now, I'm not sure about what kind of business will be,
maybe an Ice cream franchise, but the specific question is if the SBA will
support me in the business creation that would not have offices or customers
over here in US. Thanks in advance for your help!
