The holiday season is a popular time to recognize employees for a year well done. Many businesses routinely give out holiday bonuses in December as well as host holiday parties.
However, with many businesses struggling to maintain a profit and trying to hold on to their current customers, how do you plan to recognize your employees? I have planned to give holiday binuses to my employees. Also, I have arrange to give gift vouchers to those whose attendance is over 92% of whole working days.
One of the ways you can reward employees is with Gift Cards. You'd be amazed how thankful an employee is when you give a gift card for a movie or a dinner out. It shows you took the time to do something special for them to have time with their family or friends. They really appreciate it.
