Ptong, You're in luck, LA County has some great websites designed to help the small businessperson... I'd start at their Department of Environmental Health's site (http://publichealth.lacounty.gov/eh/index.htm). It's packed full of great information including links to the various permits and approvals that you'll be required to obtain. If you still have questions, why not give them a call? The one thing that I've discovered as I search the various municipalities and their codes around the country, is there are some really knowledgeable and helpful people on the other side of the phone.
