I want to expand my learning Center business by starting a computer tutoring and Esol program for the community. Do i qualify for any for any form of government grant.

You have to carefully consider things though. The environment, the possible
changes in the future and if you really need to expand.

Educator, Do the plans for your program target children? There are grant and loan opportunities available to the child care and education industry to improve the quality and availability of resources. Check out Business.gov's Loans and Grants Search Tool to see what is available to you.

That is a hard question to answer as there are many government programs. The problem is that many businesses don't really qualify for these programs. You could try education foundations that provide grants. I also remember a few years ago that intel Corp. was funding local computer centers. Just remember that many of these foundations require their grantees to be non-profit. Lastly, have you tried approaching your community? Many people, groups, and companies love to give back to their community and may fund your proposal. Could start with a PSA to your local radio, TV, newspapers, etc and try to get them involved in helping you promote. Best of Luck
