some have suggested already and repair the credit. It'll take a couple of
months, but will work out more cost-effective for you in the future. Pick up
a specialised bad-credit card, that has higher APR, and show that you can
manage debt. There'd probably be a higher rate of interest depending on your
rating, but if you pay off before the end of the month anyway, should be
fine.

is to get it from your own bank.
If you have an established relationship with them, it can be easier for them
to overlook certain things which may have come up which have negatively
impacted your credit.

special finance. It's not that you can't get a loan - as long as you have a
regualr incoming wage.

lending practices. Completing an application online for a "foreign lender"
who seems legit because they are "online" doesn't mean they are, but perhaps
some are; but it is risky in that it may require your personal identifying
information in an online application that could cause you problems and
without being ethically financed or receiving a loan. What that online lender
gets is all of your information and maybe an application fee that you won't
get back. The best approach if you cannot finance you cannot get funding from
a "trusted source" is to rebuild your credit even though it takes some time
and continue with your dreams and goals. Caveat Emptor.
