Best bet is to repair your credit than attempt to get the loan, if you cannot borrow the money. Your interest rate will be much better and you will not be fighting an uphill battle just trying to break even.
A payday loan is a great short term solution because they don't do credit checks for this type of loan. Second, you should definitely apply for a credit card which allows for bad credit. Some of these offers are not too bad. I was in this situation before and I got a credit card from CapitalOne very easily even though I had bad credit.
