I want help making my cafe handicap accessible

I am looking for a way to find grants that are available for my cafe to become handicap accessible. We have a few ways to modify our space that would be fairly easy to do, but we need someone to help us pay for it. My guess is that the expense could stay under $1500. We have such an awesome, community-oriented cafe, but I don't think its fair that we can't accommodate a wheelchair in our space.
