My son, who works in the HVAC industry, has the outline for a program that would not only optimize HVAC systems, but save a great deal of money for owner in use and maintenance of the HVAC systems.
He needs a few months to build the program and then to market it. What he is needs is the money on which to live in order to build and prepare his ultra-green product.
Without a product, getting a business loan is difficult at best. What he can offer to a bank is not tangible. Does anyone have any idea where he might go to fund this new product.
