Dear Small Business Owners, I am currently conducting research on the importance of branding for small businesses. As a service that helps companies find their own voice I need to know what my clients are looking for so I created a short survey to find that out! It would be a huge help if you could take a few minutes of your time and fill out this survey. Your opinions are the ones that count!

compartmentalized somewhere. No branding literally means that your customers
dont remember you at all.
In that sense, everything that will help your customers remember you is
branding, whether conscious (repeated ads) or more natural (offering
fantastic customer support)

Branding helps potential clients build top-of-mind awareness and recognition
of the company. It helps potential customers remember the company name later
on when they need a service like the one being offered.
Without proper branding, how would you know the big, golden M along the road
was McDonald's?
