Hi There,
I just want to start my business and want to advertise online, I am wondering which of Google or Facebook is more effective?
Thank you

Facebook, but I have bought tens of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise
via Google. Mainly, because I was looking for something, not socializing. On
the other hand, I have some friends that do buy from there, but the scale
still leans on Google's side.

found that Google has gotten me better results than Facebook.

brand. I would definitely say go with Google Ads if you want to make money
off of your advertising. Especially with AdWords. Over at Day2Day we have
discovered we get a 2.3 conversation rate from our Google Ads. Our Facebook
advertising does not bring us any revenue. Its good for branding but not for
generating sales. Can any one else say otherwise?

Advertising in Google can get you to a larger base of people but then they
are not that unlikely to notice it as they are not on Google as much as they
are on Facebook.

People go to Google to search for something they want or need.
People go to Facebook to socialize.
Plus, people tend to spend a lot of time on Facebook and develop 'ad
blindness' so you have to frequently change your ad and images to overcome
this.

Google. With Facebook you can target who see's your ads but with Google I
feel you get better target visitors as they already have shown intent by
searching for the keyword that relates to my business.

control targeting. However, in the Face book, you can choose an audience with
the right interests. In any case, it is necessary to test the effectiveness
of each method.I give Google more results.
