our company site used to have many keywords rank on google page 1, but about 3 weeks ago. All keywords just drop off the map. Do anyone know what's going on?

devalued websites with paid or spammy links. If it was prior to April 24th,
then it was the Google Panda update. You can use a good backlink checker to
see all your backlinks and have the webmaster remove any that were paid or
seem spammy.

an algorithm update. Many people noticed a significant drop in Feb and Mar
and got notices about links pointing to their site that Google didn't like.
The algorithm update was a separate thing in Mar/Apr that also affected a lot
of sites. Unfortunately they don't give much guidance on these things except
generalized advice (provide good content, etc.) - though some may disagree
with me and say that they give specifics. However, their specifics are still
pretty generalized.
I find it interesting that these changes which affected the rankings of so
many sites followed a quarter when their paid search revenue dropped. I'll
let you come to your own conclusion on that one.

there and see if Google has served a notice indicating unnatural links for
your website over the web. Find backlinks of your website from within the
same interface and go over the entire link profile to find any links you
believe do not match with Quality Guidelines of Google for Webmasters. See
the latest videos from Matt Cutts on Google Webmaster Central channel on
youtube and see how to deal with that notice.

do with over optimization and having links to your site in bad places. You
may want to check your Google Webmaster account to see if you got an
unnatural links message from Google.

relevant content surfaces to the top. Sometimes the changes work as expected,
some do not always work as intended.
