need to be able to find your site (that is called SEO or search engine
optimization). Though the software company created the site, it is up to you
to market it. If you are not comfortable doing that, you may want to visit
with a counselor at a small business development center or a SCORE office in
your area. Ask them to take a look at the keywords and meta tags on your
site. It is very possible that there are none and therefore the search
engines can't find your site.
A counselor can then direct you to a company that can help you optimize your
site. Additionally, because SBDCs are located at universities and colleges,
your site may qualify as a project for a student or a class. That would
provide much free help.
