I want to serve the business community with cleaning services. What would be
the best, economical way to promote my business to them with good results.
Should there be cold calls, or emails and networking parties? Any advice
please, thanks!

banner and hung it on a road where there were multiple office parks. He
didn't get officially cleared so they took it down after a few days but I
think he got a few clients from it.

businesses in your community will be members of the chamber, and they
frequently have mixers and other events where people are able to mingle and
present their services. This could be an inexpensive way for you to increase
your client base and specifically gear your efforts to businesses.

business card or brochures. Instead of trying to "make the sale" try to sell
an appointment to come back when you can sit down and talk with them.

Additionally, there are less obvious factors and needs to consider, for
example:
Brand Image – Is the location consistent with the image you want to
maintain?
Competition – Are the businesses around you complementary or competing?
Local Labor Market – Does the area have potential employees? What will
their commute be like?
Plan for Future Growth – If you anticipate further growth, look for a
building that has extra space should you need it.
Proximity to Suppliers – They need to be able to find you easily as well.
Safety – Consider the crime rate. Will employees feel safe alone in the
building or walking to their vehicles?
Zoning Regulations – These determine whether you can conduct your type of
business in certain properties or locations. You can find out how property is
zoned by contacting your local planning agency.

can go for blogspot.com as it is free. Second step is to add your website ad
business in local listing of google which is also free. Once you do this you
will immediatly start receiving calls from clients.

difficult unless their current company is no longer providing good service.
Therefore, you may want to create flyers and distribute them to new
businesses. Also hand out the flyers in business complexes where you
currently have clients.
