I know that is an old topic, but while i was browsing on this forum I saw that you have the same questions like me. I resolved this problem very easy. I learned how to work with the APIs of some cell phone lookup providers and that is all.

If you are challenged like me, you can build a pretty good website rather easily using Yahoo small business.  Cost is about $12.00 per month for basic site and there is the capability to blog, etc.

please elaborate your concept.. it is possible but, it requires lot of approvals from telecom company and governement i guess.......  

Go to godaddy website and search for a website name with that keyword in it. I would use google webmaster tools find your key words. I been working on a website for a little while now. To build your site organically you have to be careful with your keywords in the website title,description and the tags. I am working on some video posts that will link back to my site. I would search that key word and then if there are adwords to the right then you are in a pretty good market. You also think into exploring 'Wordpress'. The reason i advise this due to the fact that you would be updating your products and content. The Wordpress platform is very simple use. I would advise you to opt for a self-hoisting account, allowing you to have full control of your websites look and feel. Further more you can add so many widgets. Allowing you to add PayPal payments / Gallery players for your products and so much more. Engaging with your readers and buyers is a key factor to your online strategy. I like the domain name you chose. Domain name is very important because I assume you want to rank high in google. I also like the idea. Does it work for Canada? I live in Canada and I included my number in the national DO NOT CALL list.

Mark, I'm missing your point... 'How's what feasible?' Since you're an SEO company with an Alexa of 158K, I assume you're aware of online phone lookups. Can you elaborate on what part of online business you're trying to understand?

I think any site that helps eliminate phone spam is great.  The problem is that once phone spam is fixed, the next spamming effort will be created.  Its a never ending cycle in my books.    I think your site can be of some value as long as its maintained and user friendly.  Best of luck! :)
