i am a foreigner, do i need a trading licence for travel business online?

hello i am a foreigner in the country of Morocco and i want to register a
business LLC in Wyoming, and i work just by online (web site) i just want to
sale the package tours. Not about flight ticket. do i need a trading licence
for this type of business booking online the trips to my country? and where i
can get this type of licence? a foreigner no residence in usa, need to pay
the tax? thanks.

through a website, anyone anywhere in the world could book your services. I
don't see the need to register in Wyoming. To register a business in the
U.S., you need to have a "registered agent," a person who lives in Wyoming
who is the legal contact for the business. You need to register the business
with the state and secure a local business license if required in the city
where your registered agent lives. You may also need to obtain a sales tax
permit. Yes, you would need to pay U.S. business taxes, both state and
federal.
