I first grabbed my resellers license, contacted some distributors, contracted a team for my services websites and now I'm left with still figuring out how to start a sales team. I own the following sites for ecommerce ecofriendly products, ecommerce website products for women in need of solutions, illustrators creating custom comic books. Any advice on what to how to find and manage a sales team would be appreciated. Also accepting tips and suggestions.

companies that you can save them money and hopefully make them money.
Let me know if you need anything else.
