I went to see one of mine client working with one of the popular bank here in Nigeria on getting their I saw a man which they said he is one the directors of the bank, talking and shouting at people in that department and some of the people he was shouting at were older than him and I was flabbergasted by his act and I asked my client the reason he is acting like that and she said that is how he behaves. I understand that must people have this attitude problem. In my life of going through some business books I find out that a good communication with your workers makes them put their best in your company but when you are rude to your workers even to an extend that your presence do inconvenience them then you won't get the best of there skills.
