To Incorporate or Not (an Ad Based Website), and if so, Nevada?

Hi Everyone,
I'm starting a website which I hope to generate per-1000-views advertising
revenue with. I have a couple questions, though. Do I need to, or maybe
rather should I, incorporate or form an LLC? If so, can I do so in Nevada to
avoid California's $800 Franchise Tax Board tax? I understand if I actually
do make money I'll be paying myself in California and I will have worked in
California, so therefore I'll have to pay California income and corporate
taxes, but I want to avoid paying taxes if I'm not making any profit. As I
understand it, profit or not, you're in at least $800 per year to the
California Franchise Tax board for simply having incorporated or formed your
LLC there (here).
I'd appreciate any feedback.
Thanks!
Chris
