Hello. I would like to Set up a new trading and investment company ( C-corporation ) in Los Angeles, CA. The Activity is to invest and buy products from Asean Country and sell them mostly to China. The Los Angeles Office just handle the paper work ( Financial and Legal document ) Most transaction use Letter of Credit as a payment method. Daily Operation will be taken care by site office in Asean Country. Reason to buy and to sell products in Asian is the high profit and we have abundant experience. My question is as follows : Is this new company eligible to get a SBA loan / debt financing loan / equity financing room / VC ? Or how to get an investor ?  Thank you ver much.
