Ok,first I am on a shoe string budget. I have registered at the local court
house, I have a business checking account. I use quicken accounting online to
keep track of everything. I have just started an agriculture equipment repair
buisness I work out of a service truck. After reading about LLCs and a few of
the others I realize I may be in way over my head. I am still in the red from
my initial start up money but with taxes,unemployment and social security I
could be bankrupt. I have enough work on my books to last me until March if I
dont get another job. Could someone please help me to decide what is best for
me and my thin wallet.Since I haven't paid myself because everything I make I

Hi Mike, One approach that may be useful is talking to a mentor who could offer you specific guidance. Additionally, You might consider getting in touch with a local Small Business Development Center or SCORE, two of SBA's resource partners. They're located across the country and provide free business counseling and answers. Visit our local assistance guide to find your local SBA resource partners by entering your zip code. Good Luck!
