Online Pharmecy is 100% legal ....there is no doubt abou it.

A question was asked about bringing a 90 day supply of drugs into the U.S. from Canada. I just returned from Canada. One of the first questions we were asked by the border patrol when we re-entered the U.S. was whether we had purchased any drugs, over-the-counter or prescription, in any quantity while in Canada. If so, the drugs had to be produced and the border guard would determine whether to allow them into the country. Perhaps a Canadian citizen can bring in personal drugs, but there was quite a crack down on U.S. residents doing it.

I would like to say that Google Adwords may have some restrictions on online pharmasy websites. I was trying to create listing ads in Google for one website one year ago and was forbidden to do this for the reason this website was related to online pharmacy business.

Yes having online pharmacy is legal and their are online pharmacies which provide affiliate services too. So there are wide oppurtunies. You can either own a online pharmacy or become an affiliate. I have joined as affiliate of International Drug Mart, which is an online pharmacy. This pharmacy has been providing excellent service to their afiliates. Correct me if I am wrong. Are you allowed to bring a 90 day supply of bought medications across from Canada? There has always been confusion of weather this was a crime. Is it? The companies selling cheap drugs online like the online pharmacy http://www.affordabledrugs.com are regulated by more authorities than any brick and Mortar store. PLus do you your self need to be a pharmacy or can you just source this out to a drugstore willing to take orders off your system if everything is accurately and securely transmitted following HIPPA compliant rules. A consumer who is purchasing from online pharmacies based outside the US should be aware that there are regulations around what types of drugs one can buy. The most important of those is the Controlled Substances Import and Export Act.
