Have you considered starting the business by holding classes at a senior
citizens center? Once you have a regular following, it should be easy to
transition to a nearby building. Just be careful that if you offer the
classes for free at the senior center then charge at a new location, someone
else won't take your place at the center offering free classes. You would
want to charge a nominal fee from the beginning. Then, with more space and
additional amenities, you could add fees.
