I am extremely passionate about starting my venture which would be a seasonal restaurant on the water in a tourist destination place. My concept would be to incorporate another local business which is a highly successful well known mini-golf 'paradise'. I want to approach the owners of the land whom also own the mini-golf business; and pitch my venture idea. How should i go about doing this? Should i create a business plan before approaching so i can validate my concept with realistic numbers, showing i can improve there business from starting mine? Should i stalk them until they talk to me and allow me to pitch this venture? What would you do?
