Hello, I am an Iranian who has a dental implant material company which is
located in Sweden. Needless to say, I have Iranian citizenship, and want to
register a branch of my company in U.S.
There is couple of questions which I would appreciate to answer me.
First, it is possible to register a branch in US while I do not have any US
citizenship or residency.
Second. How I can register my product in US ?

That depends on your goals, and your existing operations elsewhere, given that the USA is to be a branch of those. If you are only selling and supporting products you create elsewhere, from this USA branch office, you need to pick an initial location, or domicile for the company, and create a legal identity for it, by registering or incorporating the US branch in the U.S. This is done on a state by state basis, although businesses registered in one state are allowed to do business in others, but are responsible for applicable local and state taxes in all areas in which they conduct operations.     Credit cards
