I would like to set-up U.S. corporation, but I am non U.S. resident. I know, I don't need to have a work visa (any visa) to set-up a new company.I would like to have a company in Nevada - Las Vegas, I have a registered agent (or If I will have own comapny, can I become a self registered agent?) And how to fill articles? I want to have there my own address not U.S. address, but articles are in pdf, and I can not write there my address.Thanks.
