recently i was released from prison an went 2 a transitional housing program, something like a clean & suber housing. the program is good 4 new release prisoners. it helps them return back 2 society with out those extra worries of everyday sittuations, such as homlessness an commiting crimes 2 providing 4 themselfs. i myself do not have any money. I'm wondering, who knows what would b the best program 2 file 4 grants an loans under. im thinking human resources because its not just giving back 2 the comunity, but it's also used just as well as public services 4 those in need. qwestion is were do i start at

Starting a transitional home is very difficult because of all the regulations
