My husband sold his share of his partnership to me of a restaurant business because he is going to be unable to actively participate in running it for more than a year because he will not be living in the area. His two sisters are now my partners. They do not want me to be involved in the business and are planning to terminate the partnership. They said they are going to wait a year to do it. I believe they want to wait so that our lease will expire and then they can sign a new lease without me. What advice can you give me?
