I just realized while doing a search on my name I have a TON of trade name's and Corps registered that I have done nothing with. Most of them were an idea that didn't go anywhere.
I found on the Colorado Secratary of State website where I can dissolve tradenames but the fee is $25/ea. That is quite a bit for the quantity of names I have.
Any ideas on how I can get these dissolved without having to pay a $25 fee for each?

Thank you for contacting the office of the Colorado Secretary of State.
The employees of the Business Division are not attorneys and we cannot research or interpret statute. Therefore we can’t tell you what you should do. I can explain a few facts and options, though.
Trade names need to be renewed annually and if they are not renewed they will automatically expire. They are not entities and cannot be dissolved but you can file a Statement of Withdrawal for them if you want to.
Limited Liability Companies are business entities and they are required to file an annual report. If none is filed they do not expire. Their status becomes first noncompliant and then delinquent. Once in delinquency they remain in that status indefinitely, or until the delinquency is resolved one way or another. You can file to dissolve them if you want to do so.
