Do Canadian resellers have to pay the FCC's USF fees?

I am a Canadian and will be starting a company reselling telecommunications products from an American company.

 

As a Canadian company, located in Canada, will I have to pay the Universal Service Fee charged by the FCC? Can I opt out, and in doing so, will the amrerican company whose products I am reselling be forced to continue paying the USF, and hence, pass the cost on to me?

Hi bamboolemur, If your question hasn't been already answered, I suggest that you contact the FCC for further informaion in regards to the Universal Service fee charge. If anyone has experience in this area, please feel free to chime in!
