Thank you for taking the time to read my question. I am in the process of creating a paid-membership site and would like to know if I'll have collect taxes? I'm not selling any products as of yet. If I do decide to sell products later on, they will more than likely be e-books, or pdf downloads. If I do take this route, will I have to collect taxes? Also, can I start my paid-membership site as DBA first and then form an LLC later on? The LLC will be the parent company. I plan on adding more sites in the future and want them to be under one company.Thanks in advance!
