Do I need a company to be a go-between?

Hello everybody,

 

I'm planning to become a go-between in the translation field.

 

I would find jobs and then find translators to do that job. I would take a small fee in the middle. Everything would be online.

 

Do I need to create a company or is it legal to do it as a freelance?

Because you are accepting a fee, you will be a business, so you need to register your name and entity type. It will also add legitimacy to what you are doing and you may find it easier to get translators to list with you and those in need of a translator to feel comfortable working with you.
