If i operate a website, does where it's registered have any impact on taxation? If the site is registered in one country but sells mainly to US customers am i liable for any US taxes?

If you are a US citizen you will pay US taxes. If you have a US company that sells in the US it and/or you will pay US taxes. It absolutely does not matter where a website is hosted unless you and your company reside there also. If you sell a tangible product you will owe sales tax to that state also.

Nope. As I can see on your website, you have some CPA formular there. So you're just 'harvesting' money for your CPA company. Your job is reffer a customer, after that you get paid therefore you're not selling anything.

If you are not based in US but you are on the US market then its up to you where you will have to pay tax due. Most of time people pay taxes in their mother countries just because its easier and I guess cheaper in most cases. That is a practice for online marketers outside of US. The point is that you MUST pay taxes anyway. Regards

If your website is registered in another country, you should not have to pay US taxes even if your customers are coming from the us. You would pay taxes in the country you are registered.
