It seems like many Small or medium-sized business just don't have time to
investigate through history and bids record to find potentially very relevant
contracts with government.... yes but
I've been investigating into these past bids during my last holidays and
after two weeks I had a very clear idea how to present my offer , and which
goods or services I had to provide....
Results for me - I lost a couple of hours and gain a couple of contracts....
thanks to my closest competitors

business decisions in general. If you have a product or a service, you have
to keep an eye out on what the customers really want, how they use the
product, what other features would be great. You have to adapt.
Bidding for contracts is similar, you can learn a lot from failed bids and
even more from other business' failed bids.

it all however you posed a very impressive outcome. Can't beat it. I'll nosy
around more now if I can find the time to know where to look.
Congratulations.
