Ahhh...The City of Brotherly Love...one of my favorite places. Great people, cheese-steaks (I'm a Pat's fan) and one of the cradles of our democracy, what's not to love?
Anyway, look no further than the Philadelphia Bar Association (http://www.philadelphiabar.org/). Their website has a link to a referral service that can connect you to a number of experienced attorneys that handle those aps.

Instead of paying for an attorney - have you looked into free sources. Find a SCORE or Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in your area. Both are free to use (part of the SBA) and can help you with this issue as well as help you develop and research your idea. Did I say they were free to use!

While I always agree with considering free sources as a way to save money it depends on how comfortable you are with legal matters. If you are not comfortable with doing it on your own I always recommend speaking with co-workers, friends and family on who they have used. Generally you will find some great recommendations. Just remember to follow up on their recommendations by researching these lawyers. You will find that by conducting some research online you will learn more about their reputation.

I agree with Phanio. Not all lawyers handle business matters. An SBDC or SCORE counselor can direct you to someone who specializes in business law or they may be able to help you fill out the forms without hiring an attorney. They can also help you with your business plan and the necessary research to complete the business plan.

They can also help you with your business plan and the necessary research to complete the business plan.
Though the previous posts mention doing the work without hiring an attorney, but if you feel that you need to hire an attorney you should do so. It's true not all attorneys handle business matters, but there are a lot of them that do! They also will keep you compliant with the current laws and that will be extremey improtant for you if you're going to be doing this type of business.
In my experience, lawyers know other lawyers. Call a lawyer you trust and ask for a recommendation. He probably has a friend that is perfect!
Try reaching out to the Philadelphia Bar Association philadelphiabar.org/page/HomePage. They should be able to steer you to a few experienced legal professionals that could help you establish your business.
While you have their ear, you should inquire about the best structure for your particular corporation (contrary to popular belief, it's not a one-size fits all deal).

doing your own paperwork has its advantages. you'll get a better insight into the structure and legal aspects of your business. on the other hand you many not have the time or be willing to 'experiment' with your company. shop for an attorney through your State Board, and then interview your selections until you find one you trust, and you feel can work with you. consultations are often free. good luck!
