On May 12 & 13, the U.S. Department of Labor will sponsor a 2-part webcast called “Getting It Right – Know Your Fiduciary Responsibilities.”The webcasts are part of the Employee Benefits Security Administration's national fiduciary education campaign to help small employers understand the basic responsibilities involved in operating private sector retirement plans.
Both webcasts will be held from 12 noon to 2 PM EDT.Registration and additional information is posted at www.dol.gov/ebsa, under Compliance Workshops, Seminars and Webcasts.
